Access this window using one of the following methods:

In the applicable viewer window, select one or more PDF documents to e-mail or fax, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Send. When the e-mails and/or faxes have been delivered, this window appears automatically.

In the applicable viewer window, select one or more PDF documents to e-mail or fax, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Test E-mail or Test Fax. In the Test E-mail or Test Fax window, enter the appropriate information and then click Send. When the e-mail or fax has been delivered, this window appears automatically.

The Results of Electronic Delivery window displays the number of e-mails and/or faxes that were attempted. For e-mails, this window also displays the number of e-mails that were successfully delivered. One e-mail or fax is sent to each recipient address or fax number for each PDF document selected.
If delivery for an e-mail was attempted but not successful, verify the PDF document exists in the location displayed in the applicable viewer task.
Note Check your fax server to verify the documents that were successfully faxed.
