Select Visual Integrator Main menu > Import Job Maintenance. In the Import Job Selection window, enter a job name and table name, and then click Accept. In the Import Job Maintenance window, click the Data tab and then double-click a field in the data field list box. In the Import Field Properties window, in the Operation field, select Calculated. In the Calculation field or the Conditional field, click the Expression Builder button.

The following information applies only to import jobs for modules other than Material Requirements Planning and Work Order.
Use Expression Builder to build complex expressions and calculations using a point-and-click interface to select from available data fields, operations, and functions.
Temporary fields allow you to manipulate data. Use a calculation expression to assign a value to a temporary field only if it will not be exported, but will instead be used in calculation or conditional expressions elsewhere.
