Access this window using one of the following methods:

Select General Ledger Main menu > Account Maintenance. In the Account Maintenance window, on the Transactions tab, click the Search button. In the Search window, click OK. Double-click a summary transaction that was posted to General Ledger from another module.
Transactions must be posted to General Ledger in summary rather than in detail for the Summary Drill Down window to appear. If transactions are posted in detail, the source document appears instead of the Summary Drill Down window.

Use Summary Drill Down to view detailed information and source documents for the summary transaction selected in Account Maintenance. This window only displays information about transactions that are posted to General Ledger in summary from other modules.
Select a row and click the Transaction Zoom button to view more information about the transactions.
Select a row and click the Export to Excel button to export the contents of the list box to Microsoft Excel. The button is available if Excel is installed on your computer and you have the appropriate security setup.
