Navigation

Select Paperless Office Main menu > Customer Viewer or Vendor Viewer. In the Customer Viewer or Vendor Viewer window, select one PDF document to e-mail or fax, and then click the Electronic Delivery button. In the Electronic Delivery window, click Edit Message. The Edit Message button is not available if more than one document is selected in the viewer.

Overview

Use Edit Message to modify the message to use for sending a customer or vendor PDF document. You can edit the subject and message, and insert merge fields. If you are sending an e-mail, you can attach one or more files to the message.

After you edit a message and return to the Electronic Delivery window, a message is displayed next to the Use E-mail or Use Fax check box, indicating that the message has been edited.
