Use ACA Employer Maintenance to enter information that will appear on Form 1094 and Form 1095.
Click Monthly Detail to enter information for each
month. You can automatically update the employee counts when you print
the ACA Applicable
Large Employer Report.
If your company is part of an aggregated group, click Other Members to enter the names and federal employer identification numbers (EINs) of other members of the same group. The Other Members button is available only if the ALE Member Part of Aggregated Group check box is selected.
Information in the ACA Employer Maintenance file will be purged during year-end processing based on the on the number of years entered in the Years to Retain eFiling Check History field in Payroll Options.
