Navigation

In any data entry window that allows inquiry on a line item, select a line item. At the Item Quantity Inquiry drop-down button, select Item Status.

Overview

Use Item Status to display quantities on hand, on sales order, on purchase order, on back order, available, in shipping, and on hand less in shipping.

Note The In Shipping and On Hand Less in Shipping fields appear only if the Enable Shipping check box is selected in the Sales Order Options window.
