This report is available only if the Track Changes to Employee Pay Rates check box is selected in Payroll Options.
Use this report to track changes to employee pay rates entered in Employee Maintenance. This report shows the employee number and name, change date, prior and current pay rate, any comments that were entered when the change was made, and the user ID of the person who made the change.
Click the Purge button to access the Purge Pay Rate Change Report utility to purge pay rate change information from the Employee Audit file.
