Access this utility using one of the following methods:

Select Payroll Utilities menu > Purge Pay Rate Change Report.

Select Payroll Reports menu > Pay Rate Change Report. In the Pay Rate Change Report window, click Purge.
This utility is available only if the Track Changes to Employee Pay Rates check box is selected in Payroll Options.
Use Purge Pay Rate Change Report to purge all Pay Rate Change Report information on or before the date entered.
The Purge Pay Rate Change Report prints first, followed by the purge. If you do not purge the pay rate change information from the Employee Audit file after printing the report, the transaction information remains in the file and is available for future reporting needs.
