Navigation

Select Payroll Main menu > Employee Maintenance. In the Employee Maintenance window, click the Wages tab, and then click Auto Earnings.

Automatic Earnings Code Maintenance is available only if the Multiple Automatic Earnings Codes check box in Employee Maintenance is selected.

Overview

Use Automatic Earnings Code Maintenance to set up earnings codes for each employee. The earnings codes can then be used to automatically create Payroll Data Entry line entries using the Auto Pay feature.
